Information Limn collects
Limn may collect contact, qualification, questionnaire, scheduling, payment-status, service, communication, and limited technical information needed to evaluate fit and deliver the service. Limn does not intentionally receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
How Limn uses information
Information is used to communicate with prospects, schedule meetings, process service activity, select and configure Assistants, provide support, maintain security, keep required records, and improve generalized internal processes.
Providers and disclosure
Limn may use authorized team members and providers such as Calendly, Stripe, Google Workspace, Google Drive, OpenAI/ChatGPT, the website host, and implemented form providers as reasonably necessary. Limn does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Retention and security
Temporary client files and staging materials are ordinarily deleted after the support and cleanup period. Necessary transaction, consent, tax, security, fraud-prevention, and dispute records may be retained. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Email team@golimn.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information Limn maintains about you. Limn may verify identity and retain records that are legally or operationally required.
